ADMIN PANEL

The Admin Panel allows the administrator to upload new leads and handover them to each employee.

View the overall status of leads form all the employee and also have analytics for leads handled by individual employee

Admin can add new employee accounts and generate credentials for them based on their subscription model

DASHBOARD

The Dashboard panel shows all the accumulated data regarding the status of leads uploaded by users and their current status. Data such as :

  • Total leads added
  • Total call duration
  • Total number of messages send
  • Total number of WhatsApp messages send This data then can be filtered on the basis of weather it’s a new lead , active lead or followup lead

The Leads panel is used to add single or multiple leads using excel file uploader. Admin can add leads and hand them to the employee.
One added admin can also see the individual status of each lead and can edit them as well

Once leads are added by the admin, these leads can be assigned to each employee. Such that no two users have same leads. Hence, removing any disparity.

The employee panel shows list of all the employees that are registered by the admin. It also shows the capacity of total employees that can be added as per the subscription model. In the list admin can see the total calls , messagesand notes taken by each employee along with their joining date.

Easy caller also provides detailed analysis of work done by each employee , when opening an employee analysis page admin can see the total calls made by the employee, total messages send and action taken on individual lead. Hence, ensures transparency and productivity from the employee
